If you’re running a busy cosmetic clinic, it’s likely that you will have hundreds if not thousands of patient images on your device.
In this article, we take a look at the best ways to organise your images using Treatment Pad.
It can be frustrating to find an image when you have many to sift through. However, with Treatment Pad’s ability to name an album, this process is much easier.
When you have a new patient, the best way to get organised is to create a new album and name it according to the patient’s identifier. This could be their first name as an initial and then their surname, or any other demographic that you wish to use.
Once you have created the album, the photographs that you take will directly be saved into the album on your ‘Photos’ app on your iOS device.
If you already have a patient album that you want to search for, simply launch the app and in the search bar start typing the patient’s name. This will come up with your patient and their dedicated photographs.
Having this feature is a real time saver for returning to your images. Many of the clinics using the application have thousands of images on their devices and we couldn’t begin to imagine how they might navigate through these without this feature.
It’s also important to know that all of your images will be saved locally on your device, with none being sent online, helping to keep your work private and safe.
